This isn't going to make the entrance to the SF MOMA any cooler but it's definitely relaxing and fun to look at.
...we also saw this car parked next to the park. We all though the custom paint job was incredibly tasteful and really the sort if thing that ought to come as standard on all stationwagons. You ought to have to make a special request to have it painted in a plain colour.
It's amazing how much nicer it is when there's natural sunlight. The big room with the blue ceiling sure has some pretty decorations in it. Shira, Beth and I went to Redwood Park for a walk, this morning. Look at what we saw.
This last couple of months has been a bit mad when it comes to travel. Coupled with... issues in migrating to a new laptop this week when I noticed a hard disk error on the one I was given in July... well it's left me looking forward to four days off next week.
As I look out of my window I can barely see the planes landing and taking off through the haze. I assume that the air quality in the Bay Area will be a little bit better and I'm looking forward to stepping off the plane in Oakland this evening.
I've pretty much worn out most of my clothes so I suppose I should do some shopping while I'm on my hols. The only little nagging doubt I have is whether I'll get my my clothes back to Brussels. I have to fly BA via Heathrow and I've had very bad luck with them and checked luggage. I'll really need to check my luggage as I have been given a couple of gifts that aren't allowed in the cabin any more.
But that's all in the future and follows four days of not needing to do any work.
